Achieving a sale at a premium price in the quickest possible timeframe can only be done when the marketing of your property is done to a high standard.

That has to start with the external photography of your property, as standard all our properties external photos are taken with either a drone or a telescopic pole, giving the property elevation creates space and can show off the views around your home.

Manchester is often grey and wet therefore it is incredibly important that the photo is brightened up, all our homes have the grey sky removed and in its place is put a bright blue sky with a scattering of clouds to make it look like a summer photo. We can make grass greener and if needed we can also remove objects such as neighbours cars. The external photo is the first thing many buyers see, so creating the best first impression is essential. Oliver is a keen photographer and takes all the photos himself, after much training Oliver has perfected the art and takes all internal photo’s without the need of a flash. Something Oliver felt needed improving that has remained the same for many years is floorplans, a tool that many buyers use, look at and find important and often are over looked by agents.
