I was delighted to visit Brodies Kitchen this week and interviewed Danny Broadist about his fabulous new Healthy Living Eatery. From weekly meal prep to Breakfast or Lunch. This is a must visit for the area. We also find out where the name came from.

I personally recommend the Salmon with Sweet Potato fries although im defo trying the Philly Steak Next.
