After speaking to all the three local agents over a 8 month period, i found one very difficult to get in touch with (CW) and the other agent a lady at their office often chose to bad mouth the other estate agents in the area to get me to use her which i found extremley off putting and unprofessional (IE), since this i payed constant attention to all 3 agents as i knew i would be selling as well as buying in the coming months. It became clear that Oliver James was a step ahead of the rest and i quickly noted that new ideas that Oliver came up with were often copied by IE, as someone who has obsessive-compulsive disorder this pattern was clear to see. I contacted OJ as a potential buyer first and they were super helpful and as a seller this has to be the number one goal, that your agent is approachable and easy to deal with. Every contact has been 5 star, to be honest its more like 6 or 7 star but thats not possible on this platform. Highly recommend OJ to any would be sellers and also as a buyer home buying can be very daunting but not with the guidance of Oliver James.
