Once you have seen a property available please contact us to arrange a viewing. If you wish to move forward, you will need to pay a holding fee equal to one weeks rent to secure the property. If there are more than one applicants, all circumstances will be put to the landlord to select one party to move forward with.
Should a Guarantor be required, they will need to complete a separate application form and also go through the referencing process.
Once all references are completed a move in date will be organised along with confirmation of when payment of one months rent and deposit will be needed (any holding fee amount will be deducted from this balance).
