Buying/Selling a property is filled with uncertainty, a buyer may be gazumped after an offer accepted and the opposite is a seller can be gazundered. Or what about a party dragging their feet because they are not completing forms for their solicitors.

We can add specific clauses in their to suit your needs. There are exception to the reservation agreement such as if the chain falls down or theres issues with a survey and its not your fault then compensation wont be payable.
