Hello and welcome to another edition of the oliver james sold club. every month I offer full transparency and advise of the exact stats for each house that we completed.Β 

These stats are what the asking price was, what the sold price was, how many viewings there were and finally how long until the house went under offer. today it's the turn of August

always a quiet month as so many people are abroad or with kids off school not always an ideal time for completion. August saw 5 new members of the Sold Club.Β 

First up we head to the border of Irlam and cadishead, Sienna Close,Β  a 3 bed mid terrace needs a certain amount of updating. advertised at 160,000 after just 8 days on the market A full asking price offer was accepted with 5 viewings

heading down Liverpool Road, this was a 3 bed mid terrace in cadishead. this one was advertised at 200k, it took 11 days and an offer of 195k to get this one over the line.Β 

on the edge of the moss is this much sought after area of Springfield LaneΒ  three bed detached advertised at 375k a price of 10000 over asking price was agreed of 385000 after 12 days and 4 viewings

the next completion takes us down ferry road and onto Harewood Rd. marketed for 210000 and a full asking price was agreed after just 2 weeks and 4 viewings.

and finally we have this nicely decorated three bedroom semi detached. on the market for 200000 after 6 weeks a price of 215,000 was agreed a total of 15000 over asking price. plenty of viewings and offers on this with 29 people viewing.Β 

congratulations to all our new members of the sold club.
