These stats are what the asking price was, what the sold price was, how many viewings there were and finally how long until the house went under offer. today it's the turn of Octoberย
A relatively steady month, October saw 8 new members of the Sold Club.ย
let's start on the wonderful Hayes Green development and take a look at this four bedroom Taylor wimpey home. beautiful interior advertised at 3500000, two competing offers came in on this with the final price of 360000 which at the tome was a record for a Taylor wimped. this was on the market for 3 days and had those two viewings.ย
this is bowness avenue, a link detached 3 bedroom with open aspect views over lordy Park. on the market for 240000 this one went under offer after one month for a price of two hundred and 36 thousand. After 10 viewings.
let's head over to Irlam now and a sale was agreed for this mid town house on eldon Road. advertised at 1800000 we agreed 10000 over asking price at 190000 after 5 weeks and 8 viewings.ย
check out this stunning 3 bed detached, were on locklands Lane, this was the first house we secured a sale using our new lock in agreements. reservation agreement specified the sale had to complete in 3 months and it certainly did do. this house was advertised at 340000 and ful asking price was agreed in 6 weeks. with 7 viewings done.ย
this is a 2 bedroom flat on apple Blossom, sold to a first time buyer. advertised at 100000, we agreed 5000 over that just a week and 3 viewings.ย
39 mona Way, I had the privilege of selling this beautiful four bedroom home. this was on at 425k, we agreed 431000 after quite a lot of haggling. this was also secured on our reservation and again was done within the agreed terms. this one wasn't around for long, just 12 days and 8 viewings.ย
back onto Hayes Green development for our 2nd sale this month. this was a 3 bed beautifully presented Taylor wimped home. another record here being advertised at 275000, we successfully negotiated this one to 290,000, which was 15000 over asking. this was on the market for one week and 3 viewings.
last up is westerley view, New moss Road. four bedroom detached on the edge of the moss. this was a tough one to sell but we got there in the end there were a total of 23 viewings. originally advertised at 525k this was eventually reduced down to 500k and 490k was agreed. this was on the market from July 2021 to May 2022.ย
